Order Support

How do I contact Vuber about a new or existing warranty order?

  1. Visit our warranty page here for more information about starting a warranty claim. 
  2. Email us at warranty@vubertechnologies.com or call us directly at 206.582.2899 to speak with Vuber Customer Care.

Warranty claims are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.

How do I contact Vuber with any questions about ordering or questions about a particular product?

How quickly can I expect a response?

We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days to all email inquiries; for faster assistance call us directly at 206.582.2899 to speak with our Customer Care team.

I haven't heard back from Vuber, what's the deal?

Please check your spam/junk folder, sometimes our emails will be routed there.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email from us; once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the included tracking information.

I have multiple batteries to warranty, what do I do?

Each battery will need it’s own warranty claim form filled out and tracked separately. At this time we can not combine warranty claims.

I haven't received my product yet, what do I do?

Check to see that you received a confirmation shipping email from Vuber. If you haven’t received an email, it’s possible that your product may be on backorder – it will ship as soon as we restock at our warehouse.

My product is on backorder, what do I do?

Sorry for the wait! Hang tight for just a bit while we restock. Your order is placed on a priority list and will be shipped out as soon as possible.

When will my product arrive?

Our products ship from our warehouse located in Spokane, Washington. We ship via USPS – in most cases packages are delivered within one week of the ship date. If you have any issues with tracking reach out to us directly for more information.

Where do I go if I have questions about a product?

Product FAQs are located on the product's page under the product description. 

Some products do not currently have FAQs - if you have a question that isn't listed in a product FAQ, please reach out to us at contact@vubertechnologies.com and we'll be happy to help. 


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept installment payments by Sezzle. If you decide to use Sezzle, you’ll be taken to the Sezzle website/app, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three to five days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do require ID verification to ensure that buyers are of appropriate age. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@vubervaporizers.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible. Contact us at contact@vubervaporizers.com for further assistance. 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, but are planning to distribute internationally.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and location where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $49, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

I missed out on a sale, can I still get a discount?

Unfortunately, we can't retroactively apply discounts to orders. Reach out to us at contact@vubertechnologies.com and we'd be happy to let you know of any discounts we

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our top priority is ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from our website, you may return the unused product in original, wrapped packaging for an exchange or refund, less shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. In the event of a return or exchange, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost, via insured carrier. Our return address is detailed on your original invoice.

 

 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via contact@vubertechnologies.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48-72 hours with further information or instructions.
